I received my Masters of Arts in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Qualified Supervisor (LCMHCQS #QS139146) in the state of North Carolina and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist.
Through my experience and years in counseling, I offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals, couples and professionals at all stages of their journey. If you are facing personal challenges, workplace issues, or relationship struggles, together we can cultivate a positive mindset to help you achieve your goals. No matter how difficult the situation - whether dealing with addiction, abuse, infidelity, or other hardships - remember that you are not alone. I am here to assist you in moving forward, gaining insight, and navigating life's obstacles with strength and resilience.
Through counseling, we will work together to address your challenges, enhance your life, and foster a deeper sense of self-awareness. By applying a positive mindset on this journey, those around you will witness positive changes, and you will come to value yourself in new ways.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring the world and embracing new experiences.
