As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families to develop confidence and meaning in their lives and relationships. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wingate University and my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pfeiffer University. My belief is that therapy is a collaborative process, where I work with my clients to meet their therapeutic goals.

I specialize in working with premarital counseling, relationship distress, infidelity, trauma, anxiety, life adjustments, with additional experience in faith-based counseling. By using an experiential psychodynamic approach, my intention is to meet my clients where they are and guide them through difficult emotions and cultivate healing. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), affect-focused therapy, and other evidence-based approaches that will support each client in achieving emotional and relational wholeness.
