I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Wake Forest University. I provide compassionate mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. I help clients navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, relational conflict, parenting struggles, managing stress, navigating career transitions, and coping with loss. I accept clients ages 12 and older and have experience supporting people from various stages of life. As a native Spanish speaker, I offer services in Spanish and English, depending on a client’s preference.
Our time together will be focused on building a healthy, collaborative, and therapeutic relationship. I use a range of psychological theories, methods, and interventions to effectively address your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT). Whether you’re starting counseling, coming back to counseling, or are feeling uncertain about your reasons for being here– if you show up, there’s hope for a better, healthier version of your life. In session, you will be in an honest, judgment-free zone where you will be encouraged and challenged to grow.
I understand that consistently scheduling time for taking care of your mental health can be difficult. For this reason, I offer services in both online and in-person settings and hold limited evening sessions.
