Dr. LaRhonda Bryson
DSW, LCSW
Virtual, Concord
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in North Carolina with over 16 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. My background spans across various settings including teen group homes, the Department of Social Services, the public school system, and higher education. I earned an undergraduate degree in social work from Western Carolina University, my master’s degree in social work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and my Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) from Simmons University.
As a clinician, my professional approach is to meet clients where they are and to provide a supportive space where they can prioritize their needs. In my practice, I utilize strength-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-in-environment within a systems framework. I have worked with individuals addressing issues such as anxiety, life transitions, work-life balance, self-esteem, and stress management.
Therapy can be a hard but necessary first step in enhancing relationships, navigating challenges, or striving for personal growth. I believe taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually supports your overall well-being.
