I was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis. I then went on to complete my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Gardner-Webb University. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have over 5 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping others with their mental health and wellbeing. I provide therapeutic services to children aged 3+ years old, adolescents, adults, parents, and families. I enjoy helping individuals overcome a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship conflict, familial conflict, stress management, life adjustments/transitions, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioral issues, and parenting support. I strive to create a trusting therapeutic relationship and empower my clients to achieve their goals by utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and both non-directive and directive Play Therapy techniques for children.
