I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (#A20353). I hold a Master's degree in School Counseling from UNC Charlotte and a Bachelor's of Social Work degree from UNC Charlotte. As a dedicated counselor specializing in the emotional well-being of children, adolescents, and individuals transitioning into parenthood, I am passionate about helping clients navigate life's most transformative stages. With a focus on mental health, emotional resilience, and personal growth, I provide a supportive and compassionate environment where individuals can explore their feelings, build coping strategies, and overcome challenges.

In my work with children and adolescents, I address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and peer relationships. Using approaches such as play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and a person centered approach to empower young clients to develop emotional regulation, self-esteem, and healthy social connections.

For those transitioning to parenthood, I offer support through the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting. Whether you're managing stress, navigating postpartum challenges, or seeking to strengthen your relationship with your partner or child, I offer a space to explore these experiences.

My goal is to foster resilience, emotional well-being, and a sense of confidence for every individual and family I work with.
