Mindful Self-Inquiry Group
A Space to Reflect, Connect & De-Stress
Facilitator Kendall Small, MA, LCMHCA, NCC CYT-200
Life is not without turbulence and with that turbulence, it can often be challenging to engage with our struggles from a place of curiosity. This group will focus on exploring mindfulness-based ways to go within yourself and contemplate from a place of non-judgement, curiosity, and compassion. We will explore somatic (body-centered) ways to go about grounding, self-inquiry, and healing. Some examples include: breathwork, meditative contemplation, and mindful journaling. We all have our own struggles to navigate. The intention of this group will be to move through inner self-reflection in a space co-created to bring about safety, healing, and open-hearted connection.
