KAITLYN ARMSTRONG, MSW LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA #P015124) offering counseling services to individuals, couples, teens, and children. I have my Masters in Social Work from San Diego State University and my undergraduate in Special Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Over the past five years, I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life and school adjustments, grief and loss, and relational difficulties.
During sessions, my goal is to provide a comfortable and accepting environment for the processing and unpacking of your concerns. We will work together to identify strengths and create a framework to assist you in making any desired changes. Throughout this process, we will focus on acceptance, connection, and fostering resiliency as you grow. While using a trauma informed approach, I utilize a variety of therapies for interventions, including Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I see clients via telehealth and in person at our Concord Office.
